Easiest and most economic method of making your website mobile friendly is definitely using a Content Management System (like Wordpress or Joomla) and a good quality template (theme) that is already responsive - mobile friendly. Responsive means that the template adapts to the screen size of your device (desktop, mobile, tablet etc).
